I am a naturally born clumsy person, so when it comes to making dinner I am always cutting myself when I am preparing and chopping up the vegetables. I can’t use a big professional knife as I don’t trust myself, and the small knives never seem sharp enough or big enough for the job at hand so I thought there must be an alternative.
