I am looking for a replacement for the KITCHEN-QUIP vegetABLE CHOPPER AND FOOD SLICER.
It was bought in about 1972.
It is a chrome die-cast metal chopper unit that has a suction cup to lock it to the bench. diameter = 450 mm. The suction cup has failed.
Can I buy a new chopper please? (Part No 835 Copyright 1961) appears on the leaflert with it.
Even if I can get the replacement suction cup, we could continue to use the old one.
It is an extremely good chopper, best we’ve had.

I just bought a small veg. chopper but the “blades” are not sharp, just pieces of cheap metal. Barely chops anything.
I’m looking for a manual (button type that is like a plunger) chopper for lettuce, tomatoes, other salad ingredients, perhpas holding 2 cups. Most of all I want strong, sharp blades. Enough for a med. sized salad for one person.
Any suggestions?
