Type Slitmaster 3D For the cutting of fruit and vegetables into slices, sticks and dices. Via the infeedtunnel the product is entered in the machine and rotor. This rotor will pick up the product and pushes it through the slicing knife. Depending on the type of cut the machine will cut sticks and furthermore the sticks are cut in to perfectly cut. With one machine you can do three handlings. The complete machine can be opened on the side for easy cleaning and quick changing of the knifes. The rotor-speed can be adjusted easily for a perfect cut of any product. The knife sets for the machine need to be bought separately from the machine. All wearable parts are available as spare part. Knifesets for the cutting other dimensions are easy to change out within 3 minutes and can be re-sharpened up to 5 times.

The conclusion of fs: A solution for Chef Choke, frou frou master of the universe, and his growing produce epidemic. Watch fs to find out what it could be!
Question: how is it possible to chop large pieces of fruit, vegetables, boneless meats, herbs, nuts — or even ice — by hand? What makes creating perfect salsa and pesto simple, with just a few pulls of a handle? Answer: The VeggiChop™ from Chef’n. (you guessed that already, though, didn’t you?)
An epidemic has hit fs. Year in and year out, 25% of all the foods Americans purchase goes bad before it’s ever consumed. What could be the remedy? Chef Choke wants answers… Tupperware®
The situation is looking grim on fs. They need to let the produce do the talking; Gotta have air and gotta breathe! What was that sound? Could it be…the vegetable chopper?
Just used my new food chopper for the first time last night, washed it and it still has a garlic/onion smell to it.
My questions are: Is there any way to get rid of this smell? Will the smell/flavor transfer to other things that it would be less desirable on such as fruit, crushed cookies etc.
I am willing to purchase an additional chopper for "sweet" stuff and have one chopper for vegetables, and the other for fruit and cookies. But am just curious to see if it is necessary.
